Each competitor is required to dispose of their waste, including human waste, properly. We ask all competitors to please take their own rubbish home with them. - If a competitor is found to be littering they will be disqualified from the race. We encourage everyone to report any littering by other competitors/teams. - We also ask that you use a reuseable bottle for your liquids so as to cut down on plastic waste. - If you have to dispose of any waste during the event we ask that you use our bins which will be located at each water station. Route This event has an agreed marked route. You must stay within the marked and defined trail. No Short cuts.
